Karen has been a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker since 2006 and is the owner/founder of The E3 Counseling & Wellness Collective, a group of professionals offering alternative treatment services for individuals. Karen is a certified Antojai Quantum Reiki Practitioner having been personally trained by Ascended Master Axel Carrasquillo, founder of the Antojai Shamanic Wellness Center. She is also a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and is Trauma Yoga & Sound certified. Karen's own personal experiences with PTSD, anxiety, depression, hormonal imbalances, medical issues and addictions have always contributed to her searching for a more integrated approach to care not just for herself but for the clients she serves. In 2012, Karen became a Usui reiki practitioner and began incorporating a more Mind, Body, Spirit centered approach to client care integrated with traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. From 2017-2022 a series of medical issues, emotional issues, past traumas and addictions led her to crisis, burnout & a need to re-examine her life. It brought her to almost losing everything & everyone in her life to seek treatment which she did in February 2022. In December 2022, seeking more of a spiritual purpose Karen was then led to Antojai Shamanic Wellness Center and experienced healing on a whole different level with Antojai Quantum Reiki. The rapid transformation from a conscious, unconscious & subconscious level was unlike anything she had ever done in her own personal counseling or professional training. Out of the realm of CBT, DBT, crisis stabilization, EMDR, hypnosis, medication etc... In 2023, Karen became a certified Antojai Quantum Reiki Practitioner and is now trained to offer this service to her clients. Karen also created Triple-R, an intuitive blend of yoga/meditation/breathe & somatic movement to re-process, re-program & reimprint individuals in a physical, emotional & spiritual way. Triple-R when combined with Antojai Quantum energy is unlike any other treatment modality. Each session or class is always different drawing from the quantum field which is all around us and aligning up to the 12th chakra. . Each Individual is unique and special as well as the concerns and issues prompting them to seek out services. Through Karen's own personal and professional journey as well as working collaboratively with other professionals, services are individualized based to assist clients in achieving positive results and a greater sense of joy, happiness and self-appreciation.
